Installation Instructions

General Information

This kit connects Thermal Dynamics 1Torch Model SL60 or SL100 Torches equipped with O2B connectors, or the

Thermal Dynamics ATC Adapter Kit, to the following Power Supplies:

• Cebora* Pocketpro 25

• Century* 50, M2050, 82020, 82050

• Dayton* 3W722A, 5Z031B

• Hypertherm* Max 40CS (without disconnect)

• Marquette* 12/150, 12/200

• Matco* 2020, 2050

• Snap-On* YA5550, YA5550A, YA2230

• Solar SOL 2020, SOL 2050

Supplied Parts

The Kit includes parts to cover all listed applications. Depending on the application, some parts will not be required.

The kit includes:

• Negative / Plasma Adapter Fitting (for 'Type A' Applications)

• Plasma Gas Line

• Wire Harness with Connectors - 2

• Negative Connector Fitting (for 'Type B' Applications)

• Insulating Sleeve (large)

• Strain Relief

• Instructions

WARNINGS

Disconnect primary input power to the system before starting the installation.

Shut off the gas supply and bleed down the system.

Only a qualified technician should perform this procedure.
